The leader of the group is Youssef son of Abdullah who grew up within an ancient family of the art of Du’aa and Sama’a. He was a disciple of great artists of Du’aa and Sama’a before he became sheikh of Du’aa practitioners in the city of Fez. The group was set up twenty years ago with the contribution of the artist Said Chraibi.

The group has performed in several national and international festivals.
